Learn which dive manufacturers are actually focused on making the scuba kit you are searching to buy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For instance, <a href=\"https:\/\/ww2.scubapro.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Scubapro<\/a> makes great scuba regulators and diving <a href=\"https:\/\/scubatechphilippines.com\/scuba_blog\/choosing-diving-suits\/\">wetsuits<\/a>; but their dive computers, reels, knives, etc are not so competitive. <a href=\"https:\/\/halcyon.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Halcyon<\/a> makes great backplate-and-wing BCDs, but some of their accessories are just over-priced generic Taiwanese products with their logo put on them; the same items are available at a fraction of the cost from less exclusive brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-Dont-pay-a-premium-for-generic-OEM-dive-gear\"><\/span>2. The RRP is $200. Then search &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scuba-aquatec.com\/en\/product\/fn-500_Black.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aquatec FN-500<\/a> fins&#8217;.<strong> The same fins!<\/strong>&nbsp; And the RRP is just $99&#8230; HALF the price!
