About the RAID Nitrox Plus Course
The RAID Nitrox Plus course is aimed squarely at recreational divers who wish to extend their underwater time and gain insights into technical diving, but without investing heavily in new kit. Decompression is limited by time (10 minutes) and restricted by a conservative gradient factor. Strictly a two-cylinder course.
- 2-Tank Course: Single cylinder with bailout cylinder/pony.
- Prerequisites: Deep40 and Nitrox Diver, plus 10 hours of logged dives.
- It may be combined with the sidemount or twinset diver course.
- 3 days to complete

What are the Nitrox Plus course limits?
The Nitrox Plus course serves as a gateway into the world of full tec diving. This level of tec certification enables divers to safely conduct nitrox non-accelerated decompression dives to a maximum depth of 40m (130ft). With a maximum of 10 minutes of deco time, divers can explore the depths with confidence and security.

Tech diving course dives in Subic Bay, Philippines
All Nitrox Plus course dives are conducted on exciting dive sites in Subic Bay, Philippines. The dive sites used during this course include the Landing Ship Tank, USS New York Armored Cruiser, F4 Phantom, Tabby aircraft, Lanakai wreck, and others.

Tuition cost excludes course registration fees, as per the RAID website, and hosting dive shop fees covering tank rentals, nitrox/helitrox fills, and boat costs, as required. Tec instructor diving costs are split between students.
